I don't have any buttons working to close the trunk of the car and can't do it manually.

My 2011 town and country has been having some liftgate issues for a while, the liftgate would not go all the way to the top and stop about 6" shirt of its open position. I thought it was the struts so I replaced them thinking they assist with the lift motor. This didn't fix the issue at all, just made me spend money I didn't need to spend. I need to figure out how to adjust the chain and the sensor that lifts the gate up. I can manually lift the gate to the top and then it will close with the remote.

Today is 7/15/2022. A friend who lives overseas, owns a DUO box. It stopped working, he said. I remember when during the pandemia my TK 6000 boxes, I own 3, stopped working. Being that the TK are lifetime free service, or until the box stop working, I thought that the service will be discontinued. I am an electronic engineer and a dead electronic device does not always means to me that it would be dead for long, I started looking at the causes. After applying some tests, I realized that the units come programmed to 'expire' with a remote command. Furthermore, I realize that the only thing needed was a more beefed power supply. The duo and TK came with a 5V/1Amp power supply. I tested the power supply and found nothing wrong with it. It would even charge my smart phone. So I tested the consumption and to my surprise, I found out that now the original power supply was not sufficient to power the unit. It has been remotely commanded to require a 5V/2amps to work. I installed a multi usb, 3 amps per port power supply and the TKs came alive. The problem here is that most people only have one unit and it is now dead :), they will never know that It is not. I have 3 and they could not died all at once. This was the giveaway. As per my friend overseas, I recommended him today to get a 5V/2A power supply. Minutes later called me from his now working duo.
